  • 100 grams San Marzano tomatoes or grape tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Evenly coat tomatoes with olive oil
  3. Add a pinch of kosher salt, black pepper, dried oregano, basil, thyme
  4. Put tomatoes in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes
  5. Remove from oven, and enjoy!
Tightly pinch the dried herbs and rub them against your fingers as you sprinkled them on the tomatoes. This will help “activate” the flavors of the herb.
